Payment Method - In preparation for ZOLL’s ERP migration to Oracle Cloud, processing of credit card orders has been suspended. Please check out using the Purchase Order payment method and you will be invoiced per your organization’s current payment terms. Upon receipt of your invoice, you can use the ZOLL online payment portal, link on the My Account screen, to pay the invoice with a credit card. Shipping Method - If you need to expedite this shipment or change your shipping preferences, please call ZOLL Customer Service at 1-800-348-9011 within the same business day after placing your order.

Tax Status - If you are Tax Exempt and tax has been charged, please email your tax exemption certificate with your Web Order Number to [email protected].

Note: If your Order Lines have different “ships from” locations, your order will arrive in multiple shipments.
